The following paintings and photographs are the remains of my time spent in the old Central Saint Martins building in Holborn before its redevelopment.
The work attempts to evoke the atmosphere of the space, which as of January 2021 is being torn down and redeveloped into a luxury hotel. Through the use of painting and photography, the work highlights the transience of the space, which is on the verge of disappearance.
